What happens after 30 days?

If you are happy with Force Fleet Tracking, you don’t need to do anything. Just continue using Force Fleet Tracking in your business. You’ll be billed based on the number of devices you’re using.

What if I want to cancel within 30 days?

If you’re not satisfied within 30 days of receiving your devices, simply contact Customer Support at 806-855-8255 and we will cancel your account. Subscription fees will be refunded once you return the devices.

How do I return the devices?

If you wish to cancel, Customer Support will explain everything when you call, including instructions on how to return the devices. If we don’t receive them back within 30 days from when you cancel, we will need to charge your credit card for the value of the devices.

Do I need to pay for returning the devices?

No. Return shipping is free. Upon account cancellation, Customer Support will send you a return shipping label.

Can I upgrade my plan after subscribing?

Once you become Force Fleet Tracking subscriber, you’ll be able to upgrade to another plan right from the web app. As an Admin user, you can use the Subscriptions section in your Account Settings to manage your plans. Simply select your desired plan, and follow the on-screen instructions through to checkout.

Can I downgrade my plan after subscribing?

To downgrade your plan, contact Customer Support and we will adjust your subscription to the desired plan and arrange for any required device returns.
